Studies in the medical college are provided in professionally equipped pre-clinic offices, which are constantly provided and improved with material and technical base, laboratories have professional equipment that meets modern requirements and is as close as possible to the daily work environment of medicine.
The studies are implemented in two study directions - Health Care and Social Welfare - in which nine study programs of 1st level professional higher education are accredited: “Nursing”, “Medicine”, “Aesthetic Cosmetology”, “Therapeutic Massage”, “Biomedical Laboratory Assistant”, "Radiologist's assistant", "Podology", "Social care", "Social rehabilitation", "Doctors assistant".
The professional competence of a doctors assistant includes communication skills, skills and knowledge that provide patient health care and diagnostics, provide the patient's basic needs, are able to solve health-related problems, observing ethics in their work.
The doctors assistant is responsible for maintaining health, promoting, rehabilitating, diagnosing, treating, as well as educating the patient and relatives and developing their profession.
A medical assistant is a medical practitioner who provides emergency medical care to patients in a life-threatening, critical condition in the pre-hospital phase and in the inpatient wards, performing diagnostics, treatment, as well as operating in primary health care.
